Radio Headspace #8 – Connections to strangers, places and stuff

This week, we’re asking you to examine the important connections in our daily lives – from strangers to stuff to places – to see how it feels to do something kind for someone you don’t know, and what happens when we reconnect with the people and places around us.

For inspiration, I spoke to people who had done just that, from the founders of She Explores and Hello America, who are currently living life on the road, to one of the founders of Love, The Bus, a project that brought together reconnecting to the world, leaving stuff behind, and connecting with strangers in one wonderfully chaotic mission.
Dr. Claudia also explains why human connections to others and to our environment are so very important for our minds.
